When will my order ship?
  • In stock orders will traditionally be shipped same business day if the order is placed before 12pm MST. We ship orders Monday-Saturday.

  • If the order is a pre-order or "made to order" then we will ship once the pre-order date as concluded and/or the made-to-order item is complete.
  • Delays in shipping may occur based on order volume, holidays etc. Please refer to emails sent after order is placed for updates.
  • Please contact us if your in stock order has not been shipped within 7 business days of order date.
Can I modify my shipping address?
  • If you need to modify your address after ordering, please reach out to us as soon as possible at [email protected]
  • We cannot modify addresses after the order's been shipped.
How will I know my order has shipped?
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped. 
  • Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery timing once your order leaves our hands as this is dependent on carrier and time your order is placed.
How are Pre-Orders or Backorders Shipped?
  • Pre-order and/or Back-order items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page and/or in email.
  • Any changes or updates to shipping dates will be communicated via email and confirmation emails will be sent at time of shipping.
Can you ship Pre-Orders early?
  • Although we may occasionally ship pre-orders earlier than the expected date, we cannot accept guest requests to ship pre-orders early due to the nature of our production. 
Will a Signature be required?
  • To ensure your order is successfully delivered, we will initially have the carrier require a signature upon receipt.
  • You may be able to modify this requirement with your mail carrier if desired. Please reach out to your carrier as soon as possible for this request.
