Why is packaging different between collections or certain items?

Certain collections will warrant different packaging based on pricing, shipping logistics, vendors and/or branding. All items are produced in high-quality and checked to meet standards prior to shipping. If you discover an issue with your item, please contact at

Shipping & Delivery

What are backorders/pre-orders?

We offer our clients the opportunity to reserve Lock Collection or Key Collection items that are currently in production or not yet released. Please refer to our Shipping and delivery page for a more detailed FAQ regarding shipping, delivery and pre-orders.


Due to limited production nature of all items, damaged purchases (that have not been replaced at the request of the guest) or returned items for personal reasons will be accepted for store credit only.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your item, where to return and have credit applied if necessary.

Refunds may be issued on a strict case by case basis and are in no way guaranteed.
